McCall joined MLA in June 2003 and currently serves as the director of media communications. She initially joined the company as an assistant account executive and was promoted to account executive in April 2005 and to senior account executive in March 2006. Originally from Atlanta, McCall returned after graduating from Miami University in Ohio with a bachelor of arts in communication. Prior to her arrival at the agency, she interned in the public affairs department of Coca-Cola Enterprises while studying public relations and marketing in college.

In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, going to concerts, perusing fashion magazines and spending time with family and friends.
